Belfast Implementation Project is a new Greenfields Coal Project located in Belfast, Mpumalanga and is owned by Exxaro.

Works include surface infrastructure such as civils; buildings which include offices, workshops, change houses and the likes as well as electrical control and instrumentation; materials handling, including equipment and coal washing plant (which in not included in Venn & Milford Incorporated’s scope).
