All paperwork pertaining to any given project is carefully documented and safely stored for fast access. At the completion of each project, the paperwork is archived and backed up off-site for future reference.

In a departure from conventional quantity surveying services, Venn + Milford Incorporated’s quantity surveyors are supported by a team of experienced word processing personnel, as well as a team of data capturers.

This is another value-added service offered to our clients, ensuring that all documents prepared in our offices are uniform and uphold a consistently high standard of quality.

Venn + Milford’s entire IT infrastructure is outsourced to a reputable company to ensure that we have access to the latest technology and are always aligned with international standards.

All servers are maintained on a weekly basis, including daily backups and off-site backup. Disaster recovery plans are in place at all times. All Venn + Milford Incorporated  site personnel have remote access to our servers and are able to work on our servers from anywhere in the world. Our IT service providers have entered into confidentiality agreements with us, guaranteeing the security of client and project information.
